Hedback Quality Air is a distributor of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products for commercial and industrial applications.

The specialized IAQ business begins by defining the source of the problem and the pollutants associated with the problem. It generally requires an on site analysis with detailed specifications while working with the customer. This is accomplished by having a broad base of IAQ knowledge, direct experience in a multitude of situations and finding the right product to do the job for the customer. Hedback Quality Air has the qualifications and the ability to analyze an IAQ problem along with providing a certified report.

IAQ certifications and continuing education are essential in this business. We believe that education and knowledge of new products and techniques is what is necessary to stay in the specialized IAQ field.

The other key element for this business is having the right product lines and understanding exactly how each product performs for the customer. There is no one product that will remedy all problems.
